2. Temperature Monitoring & Incident Management system

This system is tailor-made for a bacteriological analysis laboratory.It is used for two major purposes. The first goal is to monitor the temperature in ovens and refrigerators of the laboratory to ensure that all bacteriological tests are taking place in best conditions. The second one goal is to track all actions that have to be taken in case of overflow.Such application can also serve other laboratories or companies needing to monitor temperature within their process.

We have designed and developed an automated system to monitor and control air conditioning of server room. The autonomous control allow maintaining desired temperature of the room and automatically switch between air conditioners feeding the room to preserve them. We designed and developed an automatic system to control oil distribution by operation type on Renault trucks vehicles. The system can determine exactly the specific type of oil (engine oil, brake fluid) and its right amount for each kind of maintenance operation. This system has prevented human error and stopped oil loss which have been frequently happening in the company.

1. Automatic system for distributing hot water
Technology : PLC – HMI
The system ensure the heating and distribution of water used in tomato baking process. Industrial process automation may require knowledge of the physical process to be controlled other than automation. For example, if the process is a fluid treatment, then it will be necessary to know the mechanics of the fluids and may be some laws of thermodynamics. That’s why an automation project may only be developed in close collaboration with the process specialist.
